The Under the Bridge project is a men’s mental health group run in the Erewash area that gives men a safe place each week to meet, talk, and build resilience through shared experiences and activities in, on and around the water. The program delivers activities such as wild swimming, paddle boarding, yoga, wellbeing sessions, arts and our very own choir singing under bridges by the water.
