A range of sessions in and on the water, including cold water dips, wild swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking and more designed to be engaging, welcoming and adaptable to different abilities.
Arts and music sessions by the water, including painting, crafts, photography and hands-on music workshops. A highlight of the program is the Under the Bridge Choir, who sing along the waterways beneath a variety of bridges.
Wellbeing and holistic therapy sessions by the water, featuring practices such as mindfulness, yoga, meditation, sound healing and breathwork, supporting calm, reflection and personal balance.
We run a range of session visiting local heritage sites by the water featuring a range of spaces and groups - all with the vision of connecting our participants to a wider community network.
We run a range of residential trips and away days connecting with organisations around the U.K. These range from camping residentials in nature to day trips to the coast.
From choir performances underneath bridges to community festivals, public events, and sponsorship events - showcasing participants work and raising awareness of our project and mens mental health.
